Celebrating its 90th anniversary on April 25, 2015, Citadelle, Maple Syrup Producers' Cooperative wanted to transmit its history to a wider audience. It is through the creation of an exhibition that the Cooperative has allowed, for the first time on a large scale, the public to discover more than one hundred vintage photographs, newspaper articles and artifacts.

We invite you to discover the history of a major organization who, thanks to the passion of its members, the leadership of its elected and its commitment to innovation, has contributed to the recovery of an industry, first brought to be absorbed by an American buyers monopoly.
